Voices Discovered: Torrey Lowe

July 16, 2019

The temperatures keep rising and that summer sun isn’t going anywhere! So you’re enjoying more time with those summer shorts, swimsuits, and sunnies!

Then, “it” happens. The “Look in the Mirror and Realize Your Summer ‘Cheat Days’ DO Actually Count” happens. And suddenly, your favorite, cute swimsuit just seems like a big headache. BUT WAIT! We have two great pieces of news!

The first is, you don’t need to look like a swimsuit ad in order to rock this summer! We think you’re beautiful just the way you are, and no amount of cheat days could ever change that!

The second piece of good news is that maintaining a strong body and positive image has a lot more to do with your own health than anything else! And that’s where Torrey Lowe and TL Fitness come in. Because everyone can benefit from taking control of their health and trying new exercise strategies!

Torrey Lowe, owner of TL Fitness, is the most effective trainer in the business. His affordable, creative, high intensity workouts have you looking forward to your next training session. At TL Fitness, they take the guesswork out of fitness—all you have to do is show up! Torrey’s passion for helping, supporting and molding all ages is clearly evident at TL Fitness. He’s an incredible role model and inspiration to anyone who crosses paths with him. The comfort that is felt at TL Fitness is like a home away from home. Read below to learn more.
