With many great options to choose from, we wanted to give you some inspiration for ways to have the perfect day off in High Point! We all know that to be your best, you have to treat your body right. This can be as simple as getting plenty of rest and eating healthy. Organic AF is a great way to start –or continue– eating right! Your body will certainly thank you for treating it well on your day off! (120 W Lexington Ave #101)

Stroll Around City Lake Park

Speaking of treating your body right, why not get a little exercise in? Taking a relaxing stroll around the park is a great way to clear your head of the stress of work while getting a bit of fresh air! (605 W Main Street, Jamestown)

Keeping in line with the outdoor activities, why not go to Oak Hollow lake? Oak Hollow has plenty of fun outdoor activities to offer, including kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, fishing, and playgrounds. Something to do for the entire family! (3431 N Centennial Street High Point)

Lunch at Penny Path

After all of that healthy activity, why not treat yourself!? Penny Path is a delicious little café tucked amongst showrooms downtown. Their crêpes, savory or sweet, are to die for!! (104 W M.L.K. Jr Dr, High Point)

Treat Yourself to a Massage

On a day off we all want to just lie down and breathe for a bit. One of our favorite ways of getting a little R&R is to get a massage at About Face or Rituals. A massage is a great way to relieve built up stress and tension from work! (About Face: 1107 N Main St. Rituals: 712 N Elm St.)

Browse the Market

The Market in High Point is a wonderful little store that offers consignment furniture, handmade soap, jewelry, and much more! With a little something for everyone, this cute shop is a great place to spend some of your afternoon. (137 W Lexington Ave.)
