The Furniture Market is all about transformation. Attendees see exquisite pieces of furniture, home decor ideas, and accessories, all set in beautiful showrooms. This type of inspiration is exactly why buyers come to market. To be inspired to to take those ideas and products back to their own design projects, furniture showrooms or clients.
But what about outside all those beautiful showrooms?
Crypton develops high quality fabrics for outdoor spaces that hold up even in the wackiest weather (um, we’re looking at you, N.C.). To offer that same vibe of warmth and joy that outdoor spaces can bring, Crypton is opening a patio space at Market to provide fun and relaxation located in the Center Stage lot between the Showplace and the IHFC buildings.
And while the space will be used for several events, as well as general recharging, networking, and outdoor meetings, we think we may have found our favorite use for the Crypton Patio…The Pooch Pop-Up!
Therapy dogs from Canine Companions for Independence will be wagging their tails and giving attendees some sweet puppy love on the Crypton Patio, April 6th and 7th from 2-4pm. Trust us, you don’t want to miss giving some TLC back to these furry friends.
Oh, and make sure you snap a selfie with the pups you pet on Saturday and Sunday. For each selfie you post to social media with the hashtag #PoochPopUp, Crypton will donate to Canine Companions for Independence. This non-profit organization trains and provides therapy dogs to people living with disabilities, at no charge to the recipients.
Plus, there will be canine giveaways such as Crypton tennis balls, frisbees and aromatherapy paw towelettes by Herban Essentials for you to take home to your own fur baby. Free stuff, donations for people to receive therapy dogs, and puppy snuggles? What’s not to love?!
