Best in the Biz: Nutrition on Main

March 17, 2021

For years, Jenny Voysey Baldwin says she struggled with prioritizing her health and choosing healthy food options. But when she first encountered health shakes and teas, she was shocked by the effect they had on her body and wellbeing.

“I started drinking the shakes and teas every day, and within a few months, I was able to lose over 40 pounds,” Jenny says. “I felt better, I had more energy, and I knew at that moment I wanted to share that possibility with so many others who may be struggling the same as I was.”

After taking the advice of a close friend who owned a similar shop, Jenny decided to take a leap of faith and open her own shake shopNutrition on Main. Now, this locally-owned nutrition shop has one goal: to bring healthier options to High Point. Their gourmet protein shakes and energizing teas, use ingredients like aloe that help soothe and strengthen digestion. Every shake has 17g of protein, over 21 vitamins and nutrients, and are all under 200 calories! But the best part? They come in flavors like mint chocolate chip, butterfingers, Georgia peach, and more!

Read below to hear from owner, Jenny, and get more insight on what Nutrition on Main offers:

Q: How do you see your business filling a gap in High Point or making our community better?

A: We hope to help fill the void of the lack of healthier options available in the area. A lot of people want to live a healthier lifestyle but in today’s world, it is difficult to find those options when you’re not at home and you’re not able to have the time to sit down at a restaurant. We provide the option to be able to grab a quick shake and tea that will provide you will all the nutrients that a full meal would in less time.
