Q. Tell us about Brittany Hall Hair and Makeup in about 10 words.

A. Brittany Hall Hair and Makeup Design is a boutique studio salon offering customized color, cut and hairstyles as well as event hair and makeup.

Q. Why was it started and what was the vision?

A. I had always wanted to open my own salon.  My vision is a personalized and customized experience for all of my clients where they also feel pampered and relaxed.

Q. What is one thing people whould be interested to learn about Brittany Hall Hair and Makeup?

A. People would be interested to know that in addition to cut, color and blow dry styles, I love event hair and makeup.  Soon I will also provide some retail which includes unique hair accessories and all things hair related.

Q. What are the highlights and challenges of owning/operating your business in High Point?

A. Being from High Point I have gotten a great response opening my own business.  I have appreciated all the support from neighboring companies and from friends and family.

Q. Why did you choose to locate Brittany Hall Hair and Makeup in High Point?

A. I chose High Point because I grew up here and believe in the vision of where High Point in going.  I think it’s important to support our growing city.

Q. How has High Point changed since you started Brittany Hall Hair and Makeup?

A. Since I’ve opened my business, High Point has grown even more, including breaking ground on the new downtown stadium and their related projects as well as the buzz surrounding the planned openings of various new restaurants, businesses, etc.

Q. What has been your biggest challenge and how did you overcome it?

A. My biggest challenge has been prioritizing my time between owning my own business and spending time with family and friends.

Q. If you had one piece of advice for someone just starting out in High Point, what would it be?

A. Make as many connections as possible.

Q. What are you excited about for High Point’s future?

A. I am very excited for High Point’s growth and vision.  I could not be more proud and am glad I chose to open my business in my home town.
